A Senior Board-level Manager with over twenty years experience providing strategic leadership, directing and managing complex and competing programmes, Gloria Mills is Member of Senior Management Group UNISON since 2000. She is a specialist practitioner in public policy, Human Resources, employment and industrial relations, trade unions, gender, race and equalities as well as equal pay practitioner.
She has a wide experience on delivering organisational change, business and financial management, human resource and marketing management. Gloria Mills developed constructive relationships with a range of stakeholders across all sectors and communities, exercising sound judgment, political astuteness and sharp acumen.
